Delicious and tasty...tagliatelle with chestnuts and mushrooms

1 tablespoon Seaweedagogo Kombu Mix. 1 tablespoon Seaweedagogo Italian Herb Mix. Sauté some garlic, shallots and onions along with some plump chestnut and fresh shiitake mushrooms and some chestnuts….add to tagliatelle pasta.
Seaweed tastes great (not overpowering) and also a nice hint of Italian herbs ..perfect balance!
